Course 1- Appetizer Course Enjoy our Fried Alligator Tail, Fried Pickles, and Crawfish Stuffed Mushrooms. All served with a delicious selection of homemade dippin' sauces. Course 2- Cajun Favorites These are our classic homemade Cajun dishes. Sample our Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffée, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, and Sausage Red Beans and Rice. Course 3- The Main Event Please choose one of the following dishes; Seafood Dinner- Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp, Fried Scallops, Seafood Au Gratin, Crawfish Stuffed Mushroom and our Soup Du Jour. Bourbon Street Chicken- A half pound Chicken Breast blackened to perfection, smothered with Crawfish Etouffée and served over our Bayou Rice with your choice of any of our side dishes. Catfish LaFourche (Lafoosh)- A half pound Catfish fillet, hand trimmed and fried 'til golden. Served on a bed of Cheese Grits and smothered with Crawfish Etouffée with your choice of any of our side dishes. Smothered Blackened Catfish- A half pound Catfish fillet hand trimmed and blackened to perfection. Served on a bed of Bayou Rice and smothered with Crawfish Etouffée with your choice of any of our side dishes. Catch of the Day- A half pound boneless fillet of Ono blackened, grilled or broiled. Served on a bed of our Bayou Rice and your choice of any of our side dishes. Course 4- Dessert! Choose either our homemade Apple and Raisin Bread Pudding in a warm Rum Sauce OR our homemade Cobbler made with Bob's choice of fresh fruit. You can trade any course for a glass of wine.
